I am an regional driver here at O'hare Freight USA. I am an experienced safe driver who has finally found a place to retire from. To tell you a little bit about me I’m a family man who appreciates his family and definitely, my home time. I have been trucking for 26 years and O'hare Freight USA is by far on of the top 2 trucking companies of my entire career. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure their drivers are satisfied even with personal issues that really isn’t their problem. They understand drivers sometimes have certain issues to deal with and treat you family by doing certain things to take the stress off  the driver while on the road or at home, within reason of course. Their equipment is very well maintained as long as the driver does his part and notifies the company to resolve the problem, that is after all what keeps us safe out there. The dispatchers and safety people are all experienced drivers so they have been in the seat. Never had to chase my pay from here either. I have been with O'hare Freight for over 6 years and think this is a great company to work for. The staff are all good people and knowledgeable about the business.. My pay is always on-time and the correct amount, equipment is well maintained. I also like the fact that when a truck does breaks down they always have a back up to use to keep me rolling and earning $$$.. I truly enjoy working here and  will be retiring from this place when the time comes...

I am currently a driver for O'hare Freight USA and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have driven for a few other companies and this is the first trucking company that has maintained high standards when it comes to all aspects of driver relations. I have yet to experience any problem that is not immediately resolved beyond my satisfaction.

O'hare Freight USA is a driver focused company, keeping drivers happy by ensuring they are afforded proper home time while still maintaining the miles wanted to keep the driver satisfied. .

There is no dispatcher micro-managing unless you request or require the additional attention and supervision, but there is always someone there to address any questions and/or concerns that may arise. | have never experienced an issue getting in contact with someone to solve any problem, whether it’s an issue with the tractor or trailer, or with needing a route to a specific location for a doctor’s appointment or other personal issue.

All of the trucks are well maintained and if a problem does occur, you are quickly routed to the yard and the issue is resolved or you are placed in another truck to get you back on the road until your truck is fixed. Any out of pocket reimbursements are paid timely each week and if there is an issue, it is taken care of immediately.

This is a hassle-free company and everyone I have encountered is trustworthy and focused on driver relations. All of the home office employees with whom | have dealt with, from the company owner, safety, to dispatchers, are all accessible and willing and able to assist with anything. They make me feel like part of a family, not just another driver..  2 Thumbs Up!

I like the fact I work for a company that pays on time maintains my equipment and cares about my hometime.

What do all trucking companies have in common? They all lie to you to get you in their trucks. I am an experienced driver with decades of experience and got tired of the lies… The best move I ever made in my career was coming over to O'hare Freight USA. Inc.. Everything they told me was the truth. They offer great equipment, pay is always on time. I am a name here not a truck number. The owners, dispatch and safety are all great people. I have been driving a little over 2 years and this is my 3rd Job and hopefully my last. This is by the best one. They are all very professional and treat me like family. I never have a problem getting a hold of anyone anytime, they always pay on-time too. I highly recommend this company.
